Lynn Vogel, founder of CSR, has been active in the real estate research business since 1985. She began her career as a legal assistant for the City of Montrose and spent 7 years working with a real estate appraiser. Since founding CSR in 1991, she has researched and compiled insightful reports on the real estate markets in Montrose, Delta and Ouray counties.
Unlike some other housing research firms, CSR tracks each individual recorded new housing, land and/or lot, commercial, mining claim, or any other pertinent sale using all officially recorded sales data-not just those listed in the MLS listings. This data is then updated and published weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly insuring that clients receive the most timely market information available. This information, as with all of the sales data collected by CSR for its reports and analysis, is backed by verifiable governmental records.
Using a unique data collection method, CSR publishes a variety of data tracking and analysis reports which have become regarded as the area’s most authoritative and timely housing data.
